NewSquircle is a macOS app for turning images into squircle-clipped app icon assets. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles your data.

What the app accesses

The app only accesses images and folders that you explicitly choose by dragging files into the app or selecting an export location. It does not scan your Mac or read files unless you provide them to the app.

How your data is processed

Image import, preview rendering, squircle masking, and export operations are performed locally on your device. Your images and exported assets are not uploaded to my servers for processing.

Internet access

NewSquircle does not require an account or an internet connection to use its core features.

Data collection

I do not collect personal data, usage analytics, crash reports, advertising identifiers, or tracking data through NewSquircle.

Local storage

The app may store local preferences on your device, such as window state or app settings managed by macOS. Exported images and icon sets are saved only to locations you choose.

Sharing

I do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

Your control

• You choose which images and folders the app can access.
• You choose where exported files are saved.
• You can stop using the app at any time and remove local data from your device.
