CatHunt is a playful app for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. It provides animated fish and creature chases designed for cats. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles data.

Data collection

CatHunt does not collect personal data, usage analytics, crash reports, advertising identifiers, or tracking data. It does not create user accounts and does not show ads.

Device access

CatHunt does not request or access your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, location, or files. Your cat's play is not recorded or transmitted by the app.

Local preferences

The app stores sound and haptic-preference settings locally on your device so they remain selected the next time you use CatHunt. These settings stay on your device.

In-app purchases

Optional mode packs are offered through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Purchase processing is handled by Apple through StoreKit. CatHunt receives only the information needed to determine whether a purchase entitlement is active; it does not receive or store your payment information.

Sharing

I do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties. Apple’s handling of purchase transactions is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy.

Your control

• You can use the free Aquarium mode without an account.
• You can change sound and haptic preferences in the app at any time.
• You can remove local app settings by deleting CatHunt from your device.
